Moments
Time is fleeting. Photography captures a moment in time that you can never get back. Moments of young couples, children, grandparents and pets. Photography is like a present that you can open over and over again and every time it becomes more and more special.
As a mother of four wonderful children that are now grown, my most common advice to young families is about time. Time to spend together, time to leave a lasting impact, time to share your love. You can capture those moments in time with quality photography that will last forever. I have created irreplaceable photography moments for many families as well as my own. You may be thinking... "I don't know.. it is a lot of trouble to get all dressed up and get the kids ready for photos." As a mom I can understand that concern - but I want you to know that I have never had a customer that regretted the photos that they received. I have never had a client that said wow... wish I wouldn't have gone to the trouble! Photography is one of only a few things in life that increases in value with time. Photographs of my family are some of my most treasured belongings. Even as a photographer I feel like I should have photographed them more often!
You only have 18 summers with them.
Spend each one wisely.
I have a BFA in Art, a Master's in Art Ed, and have been working in the field of photography off and on for 23 years. My creative background allows me to capture moments with a creative eye and unique perspective.
