Although I enjoy working in many media, my current focus has been on fibers.  I am working through some pieces using wet felting, ceramics and weaving.  The theme of these works is Transformation.  The transformation of the shells as they battle their way through their lives in the challenges of the ocean, the transformation of myself as an artist, and the transformation of my life over the last 52 years.  The interaction of fibers with additional media is fascinating to me, and I am enjoying the exploration.
