Introduction to Wet Felting This hands-on, 4 session workshop will explore the unique art of wet felting. Although there are many forms of felting, wet felting is a fun process for turning wool into beautiful creations using soap, water, and friction. We will begin by learning the basics of this 9,000-year-old art and build up to more contemporary techniques. Wet felting is beginner-friendly, requiring no previous skill or experience with art of any kind. Students will create 2 finished pieces. With wet felting, each piece is 100% unique, and finished pieces can be used for decoration or functional purposes. No experience is necessary. 2 hours per class $20 Supply Kit includes wet felting tools/materials and all wool needed for the projects.
